STRUCTURAL FEATURES:
◇This vulcanizer is adopt for frame structures, platen and plunger are all made of superior materials, they are accuracy processed and have high wear-resistance.
◇Controlled by PLC, several programs could to be process through automatic control, to check and adjust the heating temperature with automatic, improving control level, labor strength and product efficiency.
◇The machine mainly used vulcanizing and process large rubber components, rubber products and large width rubber conveyor belt.
◇This large plate vulcanizing press are adapted to ordinary rubber conveyor belt, nylon conveyor belt, PVG belt, rope and other conveyor belt of textile construction.
